Security Field Supervisor

Pay Range: $20/hr to $22.85/hr depending on experience

Job Description:

As the Security Field Supervisor at Extrity Services, you will be instrumental in leading and managing security operations across various sites. Your role involves hands-on leadership, providing expert training, and ensuring a consistent application of company policies. Your contribution will be pivotal in enhancing team performance, ensuring service excellence, and upholding Extrity Services' commitment to security and professionalism.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Inspect and supervise Security Professionals during site visits.
• Manage "after-hours" and "cold start" escalations for customer site coverage.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers for professional development and management.
• Ensure constant site coverage and supervise remote service delivery as a Field Supervisor.
• Visit posts regularly to monitor performance, address issues, communicate changes, and maintain standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training and orientations for new employees in response to changes, along with ensuring detailed and effective incident reports and employee write-ups
• Handle shift call-offs, find replacements, and assist with scheduling changes.
• Identify and address personnel issues, forwarding concerns to management and assisting in investigations.
• Implement disciplinary actions as directed by HR or Branch management.
• Communicate information and emergencies to posts and management, ensuring protocol adherence and quick staffing for open posts.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 3 years in progressive security supervisory roles with proven team leadership and security management skills.
• Demonstrated ability in emergency response protocols, incident reports, and employee write-ups
• Extensive experience in client interaction and delivering service excellence.
• Excellent communication skills for managing client relationships effectively.
• Expertise in supervising, coaching, and developing security teams, interviewing and hiring a plus.
• Proficient in performance management and employee development.
• Active an clear PERC card
• Active an clear 20 hour security certification (40 hour security license strongly preferred)
