Background:
This individual will join the Identity Access Management (IAM) Continual Service Improvement (CSI) team. The IAM CSI team is charged with analyzing internal and external technical and logistical processes and workflows related to colleague identity and network access management, identifying areas for improvements, identifying issues with management of identity or access data, documenting how to resolve or mitigate issues identified, and driving the effort to execute improvements or resolution of issues. Solutions may be technical or logistical in nature.
The individual may also contribute to IAM products and services as an analyst or subject matter expert (SME), and help support both overall day to day operations, and design and implementation work.
This individual must possess technical knowledge and experience to interact with IAM and Security Engineers with regards to IAM processes and workflows as well as IAM technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements / Responsibilities:
Continuously review IAM internal and external workflows, identify areas for improvement, document plans, and execute plans to completion
Perform as a business analyst and engage with IAM teams and IAM stakeholders (both within and external to the IAM organization) to represent IAM products and services and how they can benefit the company
Stay current on security technology and trends in the IAM space
Required Qualifications:
5+ Years of direct experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) products and services in a business analyst, technical and/or engineering role
5+ Years of direct experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) related technologies in a business analyst, technical and/or engineering role
2+ years' experience with project management tools and concepts (e.g. Microsoft Project, Rally, Kanban Board, etc.)
Ability to clearly define and present Identity Access Management (IAM) products, services, and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong team player that works well horizontally and vertically with others of varying skill levels and experience.
IAM experience at a large complex organization (e.g., companies within the Fortune 100)
Experience related to security-oriented projects and solutioning.
Exposure to DevSecOps processes -preferred
Ability to multi-task and rapid context switch between dynamic project priorities
Product/Program management leadership
Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma, or CISS
