• Responds to all medical incidents including ALS, BLS and Basic First Aid for Guests and Team Members
• Provides Basic First Aid and maintains stability within scope of practice
• Escalate patient care to EMS when ALS intercept is appropriate
• Maintains accuracy and completion of all medical reports and follow-up investigations which involve injuries or illnesses of guests and team members.
• Maintains the inventory of medical supplies throughout the casino property.
• Maintains the inventory of all wheelchairs, oxygen, Automated External Defibrillator (AED) units, Alarms and any other medical supplies throughout the property.
• Works closely with the Risk Manager on guest injuries and the Workers' Compensation Coordinator on team member injuries.
• Generates necessary written reports regarding security and medical related incidents involving guests, team members and/or the facility.
• Escorts and observes guests and team members to ensure their safety and protection; identifies potential safety hazards and reports same to the appropriate individual for proper resolution.
• Acts as a dispatcher during emergency situations when the need arises.
• Maintains a working knowledge of the facilities, as well as special events on property in order to advise guests and fellow team members.
• Ensures safe transportation of moneys; assisting in the opening and closing of gaming tables.
• Interacts with guests and team members in a positive and professional manner.
• Facilitates the flow of information throughout the property by attending regularly scheduled trainings with El Dorado County Fire in which CE hours are provided
• Maintains a series of keys accessing locked areas.
• Accepts identification from all persons who appear to be under the age of twenty-on to ensure compliance with state and federal gaming regulations.
• Trained in and responds as part of the "Biohazard Response Team" (BRT)
• Assists guests who have soiled themselves
• Works in Adverse Weather: Rain, Snow, Ice, Extreme Heat
• Assists Shift Manager/Designee when needed
• Completes all Security Officer duties
• Acts as an Ambassador for RHC

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must possess a current Emergency Medical Technician License issued by the State of California and must possess a valid Health Care Provider CPR Card.
• Must be able to walk and stand for at least 8 hours a day.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
