This is a full time position working at Northwest Medical Center.
Summary:
Monitors fire/intrusion alarms, multiple CCTV cameras of various campus locations including inside main facility, receives requests for security responses through telephone or voice pager and radio dispatches Security Officers. Maintains activity log for the assigned shift. Monitors and operates security computer program controlling the parking lot gates and facility lock down.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education:
High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience:
One (1) year experience in security dispatch operations, call center operator, customer service or closely related multi-line phone experience.
Skills:
User familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Lenel Security Systems (optional). Office administrative assistant tasks as necessary. Report Writing, Radio Communications, Interpersonal People Skills and Safe Driver.
Licenses/Certifications:
Required: Valid Arizona Driver's License and American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross(ARC) or American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) BLS certification. Preferred: Arizona Department of Public Safety Guard Card.
