- Oversee and manage the operations of multiple locations within the assigned area
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve quality targets and improve overall performance
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Train and mentor supervisors and employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Implement security and safety measures to minimize theft and ensure a safe working environment

- Previous experience in a management role, preferably in security, public safety or related industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and experience in implementing security measures
- Familiarity with conflict management strategies to handle challenging situations
- Proficiency in using surveillance equipment and software
- CPR, First Aid, or other relevant certifications are preferred
