We are currently seeking a Security Analyst (Top Secret) to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).
HACS Cybersecurity Analyst
Job Description:
- Under supervision, execute the following tasks:
- Develop and advocate information security best practices.
- Create compliant cybersecurity policies aligned with industry standards and client needs.
- Aid in crafting cybersecurity documentation, including integration guides, SSPs, POA&Ms, etc. Detect, assess, and mitigate system vulnerabilities.
- Gather artifacts and other documentation evidence and provide updates to systems using eMASS.
- Provide feedback and assist with the implementation of mitigation activities and strategies for vulnerability scans and other noted vulnerabilities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Systems, or related field, or 2 years of equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of applicable NIST RMF experience.
- Must be able to support a Hybrid work schedule w/ remote and on-site work for DHS in Washington, DC.
- Must possess an active Top Secret (clearance needs based on role assigned)
- Must be willing and able to support CONUS travel.
