We are currently seeking a Security Analyst to join our team in Washington DC, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).
Responsibilities in security areas of information and physical security.
Duties include:
- ISSM support with policy development and implementation
- Providing security risk management guidance pertaining to the protection of advanced technology
- Making access eligibility determinations in accordance with Navy SAP processes
- Reviewing documentation required for classification information systems in accordance with current regulations
- You may also conduct site survey and physical security accreditations, interpret current security policies, and implement organization security policies and procedures.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis
- Minimum 4 years of experience providing onsite physical security
- Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with security classification methods, concepts, and eligibility requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field
- Active Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Navy security policies and procedures
- Prior experience with information security
- Prior experience with policy writing
- Prior experience as a Facility Security Officer or Assistant Facility Security Officer
