Position Summary: This position is responsible for processing basic teller transactions and answering customer questions while supporting various branch locations. This position follows the standard break schedule of local Universities and Colleges, i.e. summer, fall and winter breaks.

Primary Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service while performing a variety of customer transactions and inquiries (i.e. handling deposits, check cashing, account holds, customer inquiries, and stop payments).
- Support accomplishment of branch sales goals by identifying customer needs and promoting/selling products and services to include cross selling products/services to expand customer relationships.
- Adhere to operational guidelines to include cash handling, balancing, and work quality standards as outlined in the Cash Handling, Over/Short, and Teller Accuracy policies.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the bank's products/services, pricing, and customer relationship management software.
- Complete all required training courses.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Educational & Experience Requirements
- High school diploma
- Cash handling experience preferred
Minimum Skill Requirements
- Ability to successfully complete teller training program and any other training programs
- Excellent customer service skills, including customer confidentiality
- Cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Ability to work effectively on a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written or oral communication skills
- Ability to work all branch hours, including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable with a fast paced environment
