Form of workThese are seasonal, summer positions at the Department of Public Health's Tewksbury Hospital in the Recreation Therapy Department. This is a seasonal position for an anticipated duration of 90 days and primary consideration is given to eligible high school and college/university students enrolled in or interested in a related field of study.
Tewksbury Hospital under the Department of Public Health (DPH), a 370 bed Joint Commission accredited hospital, is currently hiring Seasonal Recreation Therapy Aides. The hospital provides a broad treatment of care and comfort to adults with medical and/or mental illnesses.
These positions assist Recreational Therapists in providing therapeutic treatments and recreational activities to the patient population.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st/day shift, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays off.
