The Application Assistance Evaluator team is responsible for reviewing and working loans in the early stages of the Loss Mitigation process to ensure they are serviced within regulatory and company guidelines.
Job duties may include:
- Review files of incoming documents associated with a Loss Mitigation application
- Reviewing income and expenses provided by applicants
- Underwrite loans for Loss Mitigation plan qualifications
The position may be responsible for any combination of reviewing income and expenses, data entry, file review and quality control of incoming documents associated with a Loss Mitigation application.
