Salary- Perfect Summer Job Seasonal (March/April thru October)
- Great for College Schedule
- 24-32 Hours per week between the hours of 8:30-5:00
- Weekends are REQUIRED
Summer Holidays are REQUIRED ;Memorial Day weekend, Fathers Day Weekend, 4th of July Weekend, Labor Day Weekend
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Provide information to callers and visitors, both in person and over the phone
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Make Reservations, check customers in and out of reservations
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
