PRODUCTION ASSOCIATEJOB DESCRIPTIONSUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepares ham and turkey products for sale to clientsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Prepares hams, turkeys, salads and sandwichesCuts hams in half and pre-cleans them Slices, glazes and wraps hams and turkeys for displayUnloads raw goods from trucksStores unusable hamsInspects and maintains production equipmentMaintains and cleans production area, adhering to company safety and sanitation guidelinesOTHER FUNCTIONS:Complies with company standards Ensures a respectful workplaceContributes to the overall operations of the store and companyKEY RESULT AREAS:Customer satisfactionTimeliness in preparing productsControlling wasteAttention to detailQuality of effort;accuracy/thoroughness of work.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Physical demands of the job include working with hot torch, slicing machine and standing for long periods, bending and lifting 25-65lbs.
