Summary
The City of Woodbury is currently accepting applications for seasonal Tennis Instructors for summer lessons. This position will instruct various age groups of children in activities and drills designed to develop fundamental and introductory tennis skills. The children will range from 4 to 13 years of age and is dependent upon specific program levels.
We offer morning, afternoon and evening lessons. Lessons are held at various parks in the City of Woodbury. Employees will work 2-4 days per week.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum age of 15 years of age
- Ability to work 2- 4 days per week. Lessons will take place in the morning, evening and afternoon from June 3 -August 16
Monday - Thursday 8:00 am -12:00 pm, 1:00pm -4:00pm, 5;30 pm-8:30 pm, Saturday 8:00 am -12:00 pm - Knowledgeable with a strong background towards the sport of tennis.
- Must be dependable, well organized and able to manage program responsibilities under limited supervision.
- Good judgment and decision making skills.
- Desire to work with the designated age group.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experienced (paid or volunteer) coaching or instructing with this age group.
• Course work in physical education, parks and recreation, elementary education, youth studies, or related field.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
