Client Care Representative Job Overview:
We are seeking a Client Care Representative to join our team. As a Client Care Representative, your role involves handling inbound calls to schedule service and maintenance appointments, as well as reaching out to our existing clients through outbound calls to follow up after service completion and present additional products and services. A warm and friendly phone demeanor, coupled with effective multitasking skills, is essential for this position. Proficiency in computer usage and a self-motivated approach are vital qualities needed to excel in this role.

Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner
- Dispatch all service/maintenance calls to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction.
- Manage dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move and generating revenue. Make every effort to compress call scheduling effectively and maximize productivity.
- Notify clients ahead of time without fail if the technician is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window.
- Provide services information and assistance to customers
- Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and provide personalized support
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in customer service/call center or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing solutions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
