SalaryWe are currently looking for seasonal employees to join our grounds team this upcoming Spring/Summer season. We are looking for individuals who enjoy being outside and working with others. This position is temporary in nature and is responsible for general landscaping and curb appeal duties in the community.
Responsibilities:
Police litter, trim hedges, weed shrubbery, and flower beds, sweep streets and curbs, maintain pool deck and vacuuming, and some exterior painting required.
Qualifications:
Must enjoy working outside, able to work independently, and follow instructions. Qualified candidates must be capable of safely operating and maintaining grounds tools and power equipment. Successful candidates must have valid ID.
