Seasonal Customer Support Operations

BSNB is offering a Seasonal opportunity that will work full-time in our Customer Support Operations department over the summer and during college breaks. This position will provide administrative support to the Customer Support Operations department including processing data entry, assisting with department projects, filing, and reviewing financial information related to fraud prevention.

Ideal candidates will be a student completing their freshman or sophomore year in college who is majoring in business, finance or related field. Prior customer service experience preferred. Ability to self-start and familiarity with computers required.

BSNB offers an extensive training program and a supportive learning environment. Preference will be given to candidates who will return to BSNB for multiple summers.
