Overview
The position of Seasonal Custodian/Janitor is to handle all the industrial housekeeping at the Randle and Morton facilities. The goal of this position is to keep bathrooms, breakrooms, offices, and hallways clean by routinely vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and performing other cleaning tasks as necessary. May also assist with lawn maintenance tasks (mowing, edging, weeding). Other responsibilities include stocking cleaning supplies and maintaining kitchen areas. Must follow MSDS recommendations regarding the safe handling and use of cleaning products. Will perform facility security checks on all doors and windows when necessary.
Work schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift (5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, must be flexible as needed). Wage: $22.00 per hour. ($45,760 per year before any overtime and production bonuses). Production Bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site's target goals. This position is based at Randle, WA.

Responsibilities
- Follow MSDS recommendations regarding the safe handling and use of cleaning products.
- Empties all facility waste receptacles and transports trash/waste to disposal area.
- Cleans (sweeps, mops, dusts, scrubs, sanitizes, vacuums) floors, walls, fixtures in various activity rooms, restrooms, break areas, office spaces, lobbies, hallways and other areas as assigned.
- Controls and supplies inventory of each specific building's requirements of perishable cleaning and service items and materials.
- Cleans rugs, carpets, furniture and window coverings.
- Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and urinals.
- Clean windows, mirrors, door panels, and sills.
- Sweeps, scrubs, and polishes floors.
- Controls and supplies inventory of each specific building's requirements.
- Mow, edge, and control weeds at the main office lawn areas if needed.
- Perform facility security checks on all doors and windows when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age and able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Able to maintain simple records.
- Layout work and to estimate time, tools, and materials needed.
- Knowledge of modern cleaning methods and the use, care, and safety of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Able to operate zero turn lawn mower, lawn edger, and weed cutter.
