Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Maintains SVCA facilities and amenities to defined standards of cleanliness
- Cleans and sanitizes restrooms, and showers, including restocking/refilling soap, towel, and other product dispensers
- Maintains floors including vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping as needed
- Dusts/cleans furniture, walls, windows, windowsills, and fixtures
- Empties trash receptacles
- Sweeps or uses leaf blower to clean exterior entryways and walkways
· Gathers and disposes of building and grounds trash including litter from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other common areas
- Maintains records of tasks performed
- Performs cleanup after identified special events
- Maintains an effective working relationship with SVCA staff, board members, and the general public
- Undertakes other duties as assigned
- Promotes and supports workplace safety

Work Experience/Educational Requirements:
- One year of custodial experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
Relevant work experience may substitute for Educational Requirements
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Pre-employment drug screening required
- Must have a valid WA State driver's license and proof of valid auto insurance
