Seasonal Centralized Services Recruiter

Eclipse Advantage is looking for a Seasonal Centralized Services Recruiter who will act as an extension of our clients’ recruiting function by managing our recruiting functions for select sites or regions. We are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on individual with a positive attitude to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.

Responsibilities and essential job functions:

• Recruit for and assist in meeting the workforce needs of our clients
• Daily communication regarding recruiting progress for assigned positions
• Develop methodology of recruiting and sourcing practices, and utilize such practices as:
• Internet Based Recruiting – utilizing job boards
• Networking
• Print Ad Recruiting
• Conduct interviews with potential applicants via telephone
• Coordinate and schedule additional interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure compliance with company’s policies and procedures

Job requirements:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Online recruiting experience preferred
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills required
• Applicant tracking, Avionte or HRIS system proficiency a plus
• Bilingual is a plus
