Full time Seasonal office assistant position. Job duties include taking customer phone calls, receiving payments, scheduling appointments, resolving customer concerns, helping with other office projects, and generally providing overwhelming (in a good way!) customer service to our customers! Will be expected to make sales to inquiring customers and via outgoing calls with uncapped commission potential for sales made!
Must be proficient in excel or numbers, and word or pages. Savvy with technology! Must be a high school graduate, and some college experience is preferred. It is important for this position that you can work with others in a positive way. Also important are 'soft' people skills, such as treating upset customers with kindness and respect while still working to solve problems.
This position will start soon and is expected to conclude in October 2023 with the possibility of long term opportunities.
