About the role
We're looking for a Paid Search/social expert to drive brand growth and revenue. You'll have a massive impact on the company by developing a strategy for relevant keywords and search, to maximize the dollars we spend on Search Engine and performance marketing. You'll develop, implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Bing, Meta). You'll lead our paid marketing channels and measure their successTo do this, you'll collaborate directly with the CEO, marketing, and product teams in an energetic in-person culture built around quality execution, speed, and customer impact.
About you
- At least 5+ years of experience in digital marketing / SEM
- Proficient with google adwords and similar platforms
- Strong ecommerce experience, centered on driving optimizing conversions
- You have a solid analytics skillset
- You're a self-starter and comfortable powering through ambiguity to get to solutions
- Strongly preferred: B2C experience
Areas of responsibility
- Lead, manage, report, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing, Meta and other search and social platforms
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword and audience opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of Paid Search in accordance with client goals
- Maintain and monitor keyword bids, audience targeting, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, CAC, ROAS and other important account metrics
- Monitor and administer insights/analytics, report on KPIs, and point out areas of opportunity that align to brand and company goals

This is a unique role for someone interested in making a deep impact at a high-growth tech software company. We offer strong base salary, plus significant ownership that scales with the company's growth. This is a full-time onsite role in Dallas, TX, and we will ask you to relocate if you're not in the area.
