The Position
Your Opportunity
In this role, you will oversee and ensure the successful build of all search-specific plans and Measurement approaches for our holistic brand and digital team, inclusive of digital communicators and digital marketers. The role plays an important role in delivering SEO and analytics value for prioritized projects and campaigns. You will design, implement and execute the search strategy, merging it with a successful measurement strategy. You will set measurable goals for campaigns and projects and establish benchmarks and key performance indicators as appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Conduct audits of content to ensure all materials are optimized for SEM and SEO, making recommendations for copy and keyword improvements
- Review tags and metadata for our U.S. Diagnostics website and other relevant websites when appropriate
- Help us grow search rankings organically
- Strategize to benefit prioritized pay-per-click campaigns
- Work with multiple stakeholders across the organization on varied campaigns, consulting and consistently, continuously monitoring campaigns to ensure optimal performance for all business partners (sales-and-marketing franchises, communications, etc.)
- Strategize, deliver and analyze holistic SEO plans for our franchises and business areas as appropriate
- With an understanding of how content plays into SEO, deliver both content audits and keyword analyses to ensure all content assists in the improvement of search engine presence
- Detail-oriented, timeline-driven approach to leading all SEO strategy for multiple areas across the organization
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects at once
- Strong understanding of business objectives and creating search strategies that help meet or exceed those goals, then presenting on them to internal stakeholders including area leaders
- Data-driven decision-making with a consultative but authoritative approach
Who You Are
You are passionate about delivering support of healthcare solutions that benefit patients. You have a solutions mindset and a learner's energy. Your career has been search- and Measurement-centric to date, rather than in the arena of digital strategy. You are both a strong SEO strategist and SEO analyst. You bring excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to all you do, and you enjoy collaborating. You relish keeping pace with trends in search (SEM, SEO, etc.), search engines and online marketing, in general and as it pertains to our industry.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5 years of professional experience in Search and/or digital measurement, or related roles required
  • 5+ years of experience documenting data requirements, rules and, assumptions
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics suites such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar platform(s)
  • 5 + years of experience with data visualization in Looker Data Studio, Tableau, Domo, Microsoft BI or similar platform(s)
