Brightflag is looking for a passionate, data-driven Sales Development Manager. This person must be highly motivated and capable of getting into the weeds with the team while seeing and executing against business objectives.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives
- Hire, onboard, and train members of the team to succeed in their roles
- Coach and mentor the team to develop their skills and increase performance
- Regularly review and analyze performance and productivity
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop prospecting strategies
- Provide regular reports to management on performance and objectives
- Motivate the team and keep then on track to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Develop comp and incentive plans to drive team performance
Skills & Experience
To be successful in the role, you need:
- Proven experience in an SDR role
- 2+ years' SDR Management experience (in person and remote)
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of process
- Proficiency in CRM (SFDC) and other Sales tools (SalesLoft, Gong, ZoomInfo)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze performance and implement improvements
- Detail oriented mindset
- Self-motivated
- 2+ years in a SDR manager role

Location & Eligibility
This role is primarily based in our office in New York City (3 days per week), with flex to work in office or at home for the balance of your time.
