- Greet all volunteers, checking them in and out for their initial and repeat screening appointments
- Maintain a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist with preparation of screening charts ensuring all information is correct
- Accurately maintain all databases and logs to reflect daily screening activity in Excel and Bedside Data Capture system, ClinSpark
- Assist with screening procedures as needed
- Assist with QC of source documents and case report forms
- Maintain a basic understanding of current regulatory requirements
- Attend all required meetings, as appropriate
- Handle participant complaints efficiently and effectively in order that their satisfaction is maintained
- Ensure that client and participant confidentiality is maintained
- Respond to client and team queries in a timely manner
