We are expanding at warp speed and are adding to our team – from our sales office and shop floor locations to our remote online team members. JOB SUMMARY
Screen Printer will perform numerous machine operations to support the screen printing area. Responsible for equipment set up, adjustment, operating procedures and a corresponding skill set to operate, adjust the equipment and overseeing all phases of the tasks associated with screen printing and maintenance. Responsible for evaluating situations and making decisions to ensure the quality of the finished product.
The shift for this position is 8am - 4:30pm
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Follow style, color and design guidelines
• Set up screens and load garments on screen printing press
• Count and fold garments
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance
• Other duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous screen printing experience is required
• High school diploma required
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Be flexible and willing to work in other areas
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Normal, no adverse or hazardous conditions.
• Warehouse and plant with exposure to dust, noise and fumes.
• Position requires grasping and utilizing manual dexterity including hand/finger coordination and the utilization of color vision.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.; lift up to 75 lbs. with assistance occasionally.
• Ability to use computer and calculator
