Printing Company is a quickly growing custom apparel company located in Redmond, Washington. We offer our customers a variety of customization options such as screen printing, embroidery, DTG, DTF etc. We take pride in supplying our customers with high quality apparel for their teams, businesses, brands, events or any other needs.

Printing Company is looking for an experienced Screen Printer to join our team! We are looking for hardworking, reliable, detail-oriented people to work in our growing screen printing department.

To ensure success as a Screen Printer, you should exhibit advanced artistic skills, be able to stand for long hours, be comfortable with manual labor, and have excellent hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Manage workflow using the daily printing schedule.
• Operate manual (6 colors) / auto press, running prints and performing quality checks throughout the printing process.
• Print with a variety of ink types, like discharge, acrylic, and plastisol.
• Use proper methods/techniques to operate and maintain automatic screen printing equipment.
• Verify size, color type of product, and ink color(s) from the order.
• Follow up regularly to confirm the quality of the product being printed.
• Maintain continuous inspection of job specifications and quality throughout the production run.
• Ensure proper cleanliness and safety of equipment.
• You are able to work effectively in an open warehouse.
• A clean, safe, and efficient workplace is important to you.
• You are organized and treat your equipment and tools with respect.

Requirements:

• Previous work experience as a Screen Printer. (1+ years)
• Experience with plastisol / water based / discharge inks.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Detail-oriented, able to catch and report mistakes.
• High level of creative and artistic skills.
• Ability to manually operate large machinery.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds.

Position is full time, guaranteed schedule, 40 hours/week.

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM + OT

Anticipated start date : ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
