Position Description:
Due to substantial expansion, Charlotte Radiology is actively seeking a virtual Radiologist to provide reading services for the Scotland County, North Carolina region. This position includes a $50,000 sign-on bonus.
Ideal virtual candidates have an interest in:
Open to standard schedule to include 12 weekends & 1 holiday coverage per year, with 10 weeks vacation or 7 days on/7 days off. Shifts would be 10am - 7:00pm weekdays and 8:00am-5:00pm weekends EST. Holiday coverage would also be 8:00am - 5pm.
We provide home workstations and 24/7 IT assistance. Clerical staff available 24/7 to handle all support needs..

Over the last 50 years, we have become one of the largest and most progressive radiology groups in the nation, and a founding partner of US Radiology Specialists since 2018.
In addition to offering 24/7 coverage for 16 hospitals, we also own and operate 17 breast centers, a mobile mammography program, 2 vein centers, several vascular and interventional clinics, and jointly own and operate 6 free-standing imaging centers. Our physician team is active in research and clinical trials and has authored many scientific papers and presentations in multiple sub-specialties of radiology.
The group has a strong relationship with Atrium Health and is actively participating in the growth of the new Wake Forest School of Medicine - Charlotte and The Pearl innovation district.

- Plain film exams, CT including body CTA
- MR, including MSK/Neuro/Body
- All Ultrasound, including Vascular & OB/GYN
- Nuclear Medicine

- Diagnostic imaging of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis
- Applicants must have American Board of Radiology certification (or board eligibility) with subspecialty trainingpreferred
- Diagnostic Imaging in MSK & Neuro
