Responsibilities
- Designs, develops and executes applied research projects related to ion implanter beamline systems and their applications
- Creates analytical and numerical models of ion implanter beamlines and components
- Stays abreast with state-of-the-art principles and theories
- Contributes to scientific literature and conferences
- Adds IP to our portfolio
- Participates in interdepartmental activities and research efforts and collaborates within cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Physics or Electrical Engineering required. Graduate degree and experience as an individual contributor highly desired
- Relevant experience within a semiconductor equipment or similar technology environment preferred
- Travel to customers and vendors likely 1-2 times per year
