Biologics
Frontage’s biologics teams have an average of 10-15 years in complex drug development and have worked with large molecule applications throughout its evolution in product development. We can handle projects for a range of large molecule development projects including peptides, proteins, monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, biosimilars, oligonucleotides, biomarkers, and antibody drug conjugates.

We have the capabilities to analyze virtually any peptide, protein, or antibody, and have built a reputation for solving technical challenges related to assay development and validation.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development and optimization of qPCR and RT-qPCR assays
- Perform validations for qPCR and RT-qPCR assays in compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, and federal GLP/GCP guidelines
- Processing of samples for DNA/RNA extraction, DNA/RNA quantification.
- Bioanalysis of non-clinical and clinical samples
- Data analysis, Documentation, and reporting – ELNs, LIMS etc.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Experience/Special Skills:
- Experience with PCR/Molecular Biology is required.
- Understanding of GLP regulations related to assay validation and sample analysis is preferred.
- Experience with digital PCR and instrument automation preferred.
- Experience with electronic lab notebooks and reagent management a plus
- Candidates must be highly organized, independent, and very detail oriented.
- Must be able to multitask and manage multiple projects, willing to learn new techniques, have great time management and communication skills.
Significant Safety or Working Considerations:
May work with potentially infectious samples of human and/or animal origin.
May handle hazardous chemicals.
Educational Requirements:
MS 1-2 years of experience or BS with 3-4 years of experience in biochemistry, biophysics, immunology, molecular biology, analytical chemistry, or a related field.
