Job Title: Associate Rep, Patient Registry
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Irvine, CA
Part-time position, morning shift (preferably). 27 hours a week maximum.
Job Description: Summary:
The main function of a Patient Registry associate is to prepare, gather, and verify patient data.
Key responsibilities:
• Gather and verify patient data and perform data entry
• Sort and organize incoming mail by date
• Collect missing information from external customers including hospital staff and doctor offices
• Review patient and event information received and may escalate to higher level representatives
• Perform device serial number search to be validated
• Respond and answer basic Patient Registry questions
• Maintain internal record keeping per SOPs and guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and projects
• Participate in projects and may identify potential improvement opportunities to optimize process for Supervisor review
• Provide administrative support
Additional Skills:
• Good computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite
• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to interact professionally with internal customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams
• Ability to provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner
Education and Experience:
• Associate's Degree or equivalent in related field required
• 0-2 years of experience in data entry and administrative work, preferred
