Job Description:
- San Rafael, CA
- Full Time
- Bilingual Preferred, not required
- ASAP - End of School Year (Possible Renewal for 24/25 School Year)
- Elementary Caseload
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and creative resources.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure a collaborative and holistic approach to student success.
- Monitor progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and maintain accurate records of student performance.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current license to practice as an SLP in the state of CA(or eligible for licensure).
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged children is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
