Position Overview:

Procare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team for a contracted position in Edmond, OK. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in providing health services and promoting a safe and supportive environment within a school setting. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct health services to students and staff
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Conduct health assessments and screenings
• Monitor and manage student health records
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure a healthy and safe school environment
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of Oklahoma
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to student care

Schedule:

• Full-time position (30-35 hours/week)
• Contracted position for the duration of the school year (January - June 2024)
