Details:
Onsite near Menifee, CA
Pay Range: $50-$60+/hour (depending on experience)
- Remainder of the 2023-2024 school year
- Part time
- 3 days/week, 7 hours/day
- K-12th grade caseload
- 15 cases throughout district
- 1 or multiple school sites (mileage can be reimbursed between sites)
- Very supportive district

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students to assess their physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and collaborate with the school team to integrate therapy into the student's educational program.
- Provide therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Monitor and document progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and communicate regularly with the school team and parents/guardians.
- Provide consultation and training to teachers and other school staff to support the integration of therapy goals into the classroom and daily routines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and assist in the development of appropriate goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate and complete records, including progress notes, reports, and billing documentation.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid California StatePhysical Therapy license and certification from the National Board for Certification
- Must be able to pass a background check
