In this pivotal position, you'll be the cornerstone of our students' physical empowerment, using your expertise to nurture movement, boost confidence, and create a landscape where every step forward is a triumph.

Details:
Onsite near Menifee, CA
Pay Range: $50-$60+/hour (depending on experience)

• Remainder of the 2023-2024 school year
• Part time
• 3 days/week, 7 hours/day
• K-12th grade caseload
• 15 cases throughout district
• 1 or multiple school sites (mileage can be reimbursed between sites)
• Very supportive district

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students to assess their physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and collaborate with the school team to integrate therapy into the student's educational program.
• Provide therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Monitor and document progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and communicate regularly with the school team and parents/guardians.
• Provide consultation and training to teachers and other school staff to support the integration of therapy goals into the classroom and daily routines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and assist in the development of appropriate goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate and complete records, including progress notes, reports, and billing documentation.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid California StatePhysical Therapy license and certification from the National Board for Certification
• Must be able to pass a background check
