Woodshop Assistant

We are looking for team-oriented individuals to construct various size custom pallets in our woodshop department . Training is available for the right individuals that are able to read a measuring tape and work with basic tools.

Responsibilities:
- Cut, shape, and assemble wood materials according to specifications
- Operate woodworking machinery and tools safely and effectively
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches
- Measure and mark dimensions on wood materials
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Experience:
- Previous experience in woodworking, construction or carpentry a plus
- Familiarity with basic tools (pneumatic nail gun, hammers, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Houston, TX 77008: Relocate before starting work (Required)
