RESPONSIBILITIES:
Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) c ollaborate with other disciplines and develop appropriate interventions, treatment plans, and resident/caretaker education. The SLP evaluates and treats residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. SLP j ob responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, care plans, and interdisciplinary interactions.
• Evaluate clients and develop a treatment plan that will meet their needs
• SLP observe and re assess client progress and prepare detailed reports accordingly
• I nitiate diagnostic, preventive, and rehabilitative procedures as appropriate to the patient ' s care and safety
