JOB TITLE: Full Time Elementary School Secretary

Length of Position:

• Contractual for the 2023/2024 school year.
• This position will start August 1st 2023
  Hourly Rate of Pay:

• Monday through Friday
• To be determined according to the CSD salary schedule based on experience &
  education.
  Duties: The individual in this position will be responsible to carry out the duties of a secretary in the Angoon elementary school.
  Examples of Duties:

• Entering data into the attendance computer system, checking timesheets, working
  with personnel files.
• Phone communications with parents/students/staff
• Working closely with other administration and staff
• Working with budget codes, purchase orders, Google drive, Frontline,
  Powerschool, and email
• Other duties as assigned
• Complete mandated trainings related to the job.
  Ability to:

• Write/type DATA
• Report to work daily on time
• Ability to stay organized and multi task
• Use digital communications (phone, text, email)
• Use professional confidentiality at all times
  Qualifications:

• Have a high school diploma.
• Clerical/Office/Secretarial experience preferred
• Be on time each day is an absolute must. Failure to be on time each day is cause
  for immediate dismissal.
