Duties include but are not limited to:

Job Description

Administer medication; update changes in medication and report changes to office staff.

Keep comprehensive shift notes on patient's condition and daily task.

Act as liaison between family, physicians, and clinical office staff.

Make sure all equipment is in working condition and maintain a clean working environment.

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADL) during school hours.

Qualifications:

• Completion of Nursing Program
• Current NYS License
• BLS Certification
• Malpractice Insurance

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
