- NJ School Counselor or Personnel Services Certificate
- Have excellent experience in teaching and working with children
- Experience working with High School students and with HS transcript data
- Possess data analysis skills in support of credit recovery and graduation goals
- Has a thorough understanding of graduation requirements
- Must be committed to developing familiarity with online credit-recovery program data
- Have excellent integrity and demonstrates good moral character and initiative
- Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and sensitive interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, and the community
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary
- Demonstrate the ability to use electronic equipment for word processing, data management
- Bilingual Preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,735.00 - $104,099.00 per year
