Are you good at following a recipe and coordinating a team effort? If so, we may have just the right position for you! We are on the lookout for our next Lead Cook to join our School Dining team!
As a School DiningLead Cook, you will be responsible for the daily production of the day's menu items, managing inventory, serving during lunch time and coordinating the team to ensure it all comes together in time for service. After service you will work as part of the team to clean up and prep for the following day. This is a busy role, and the days certainly go by fast!

Early Morning and Afternoon Shifts – No nights, weekends, holidays, or school breaks!
Must Haves:
Good people skills, a team player!
Ability to work quickly and efficiently
Multitasking and time management skills
Ability to batch cook, read a recipe and execute the instructions
Reliable and Prompt
Eager to learn through training
Cool in fast paced kitchen setting
Experience from restaurant, food service or hospitality industry is a plus but not necessary. WE OFFER HANDS ON TRAINING!
