ProCare Therapy is actively searching for a qualified School Licensed Professional Counselor in Taft, CA that is interested in joining one of our trusted school districts for the2023-2024 School Year. Job Description

• Full-time
• Onsite
• Abilityto provide support and counselto students to ensure social, emotional, and academic growth
• Communicate effectively with students, families, teachers, administration, etc.
• Provide affective education and support to students and staff as a counselor, including leading small groups, supporting positive behavior efforts, providing student recognition, providing community referrals as necessary, and leading 504 processes.

Job Requirements

• Master's Degree in School Counselingrequired
• School Counselor License in CA - PPS
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check

Interview Process

• 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
• 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
• Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
