Duties:

• Perform administrative tasks and support other duties as delegated by SLA leaders

• Ensuring their daily tasks are completed in compliance and following all standard operational procedures.

• Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards

• Enforce the use of appropriate methods for maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food preparation standards..

• Adhering to recipe standards.

• Ensure all equipment is maintained in proper order.

• Make sure all prep work is completed accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service is a plus.

• Basic skills in math and using computers.

• Reliable transportation is necessary.

• Enjoys working and being around people, especially children.

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks.

• Strong dedication to work and teamwork.

• Can communicate effectively with various levels of management.

• Organized, and skilled in multitasking and prioritization.

• Willingness to undergo a comprehensive nationwide background check and fingerprint analysis.

• Familiarity with POS and online reporting systems is highly valued.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:

For this role, you’ll need to:

• Communicate and listen well.

• Handle standing, walking, sitting, and using your hands.

• Occasionally reach and lift to 50 pounds.

• Eyesight, close, far, and peripheral vision are important.

This job requires a comprehensive work effort while generally working a regular five-day workweek schedule, however, occasionally a six- or seven-day work schedule may be required.
