- Ability to plan nutritionally balanced meals/menus for children aged 0-12 years old
- Preparing all meals daily (breakfast, lunch, snack) for all students
- Must be able to cook homestyle meals.
- Maintaining a clean work space, moping daily, trash removal daily, washing all dishes daily
- Cleaning and sanitizing both refrigerators and freezers weekly
- Maintain clean storage area
- Maintain inventory and provide year-end inventory every September
- Maintain and sanitize equipment such as ovens, pantries and refrigerators at regularly scheduled intervals
- Checking in food when received from vendors
- Maintaining stock and working with a budget
- Must be able to work safely around stove and chemicals while having the physical endurance to spend many hours standing
- Must prepare recipes, wash and slice fruits and vegetables
- Wear protective hair covering
- Wear protective shoes (no flip flops, open toe, heels out shoes allowed)
- Must be able to pass a background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $8.00 - $15.00 per hour
