QCT, Inc. is well known throughout central Minnesota for their customer-focused and reliable service. We are looking for drivers who are compassionate towards children, reliable and safe, to meet the increased demand for Type III/Special needs school transportation.

Drivers.
QCT, Inc. is well known throughout central Minnesota for their customer-focused and reliable service. We are looking for drivers who are compassionate towards children, reliable and safe, to meet the increased demand for Type III/Special needs school transportation.
Job Details:
- Routes are available in Minneapolis/Saint Paul and the surrounding Metro area.
- Obtain a CDL permit with School Bus and Passenger endorsement.
- $500 Sign-on Bonus and incentive programs for applicants with CDL drivers license.
- Summer work available.
- 3.5 weeks paid bonus hours in the summer, whether you decide to work or not!
- We pay for all fees, maintenance, gas and insurance.
- Updated technology in every vehicle.
- New, clean, safe vans.
- Guaranteed 15 hours in a five-day work week.
- Our drivers average between $20-$24/hour when you include pay bumps, incentives, bonuses and paid vacation.
Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Class B license.
- Pass a CDL physical.
- Ability to pass an MNDOT Physical.
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check.
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
- Availability from both 6 a.m. – 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
(Note: must be available for both times, not just one).
Job Type: Part-time.
Salary: $20-$24 per hour.

- Day shift.

- We have safety measures that all drivers and riders must adhere to, including physical distancing and masks required while riding; limited number of riders on routes; mandatory temperature checks before entering any vehicle.
Experience:
- Driving: 3 years (Preferred).
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required).
