Quality Care Transportation, Inc. is now hiring: part-time School Bus Drivers.
QCT, Inc. is well known throughout central Minnesota for its customer-focused and reliable service. We are looking for drivers who are compassionate towards children, reliable, and safe, to meet the increased demand for School Bus transportation.
Job Details:
- Routes are available in Minneapolis/Saint Paul and the surrounding Metro area.
- Obtain a CDL permit with School Bus and Passenger endorsement.
- Bonus and incentive programs.
- Summer work available.
- 3.5 weeks paid bonus hours in the summer, whether you decide to work or not.
- We pay for all fees, maintenance, gas, and insurance.
- Updated technology in every vehicle.
- New, clean, safe vans.
- Guaranteed 15 hours in a five-day work week.
- Our drivers average between $20-$24/hour when you include pay bumps, incentives, bonuses, and paid vacation.
- The first two successful hires for Small Yellow Bus will be offered a BASIC HOURLY SALARY OF $25.00.
- Valid Minnesota Class B license.
- Pass a CDL physical.
- Ability to pass an MNDOT Physical.
- Ability to pass a Background Check.
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
- Availability from both 6 a.m. - 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
Job Type: Part-time.
Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour.

We have safety measures that all drivers and riders must adhere to, including physical distancing and masks required while riding; a limited number of riders on routes; mandatory temperature checks before entering any vehicle.
Experience:
- Driving: 3 years (Preferred).
- License/Certification: Driver's License Class B (Required).
- Work Location: One location.
