Job Description:

We seek a dynamic and enthusiastic Bus Driver to join our South Beach, Florida team. The ideal candidate must possess a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and be passionate about providing exceptional customer service. This position requires excellent communication skills, a well-groomed appearance, and the ability to create a fun and memorable experience for our passengers.

Responsibilities:

• Driving and Safety: Safely operate the party bus, ensuring the safety of all passengers and adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its proper and safe operation.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to passengers, creating a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the journey. Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and any special requirements they may have.
• Marketing: Actively promote our services and engage with potential customers. Distribute marketing materials and generate interest in our party bus experiences.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift to 50 lbs, assist passengers with their belongings, and handle any equipment or supplies as necessary.
• Swimming: You must be able to swim, as there may be occasions where water-related events are part of the party bus experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of driving experience as a party bus or similar vehicle driver, preferably in the South Beach area.
• Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks and always keep the party bus clean and presentable.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as our services may be required during these times.

Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement.
• Excellent driving record with no traffic violations.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work independently and handle diverse customer situations.
• Marketing skills and the ability to promote the party bus services effectively.
• Knowledge of South Beach and its attractions is a plus.
• Ability to swim and handle water-related activities confidently.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift to 50 lbs.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Compensation is $18.00 - $25.00/hour.
