Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Illinois state OT license
- Preferably experienced in school-based or pediatric settings
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals
- Provide direct therapy services as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
- K-8 caseload
- Two school sites
