About the Organization and Position
Well known Non-Profit is hiring a Clinical Supervisor for their cornerstone Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health program in NYC.
In this role the Clinical Supervisor provides supervision to staff assigned to School Based programs. Oversees psychosocial assessments completion, reviews and approves treatment plans and documentation to meet the needs of the clients. The clinical supervisor fosters staff’s clinical development and appropriate behavioral health clinical treatment goals and interventions for the clients in the program.

Responsibilities
- Supervisory Duties:
- Provide weekly supervision to clinical staff located in partner PS/MS schools; opportunity for remote work
- Provide oversight on all documentation for assigned therapists, including reviewing and signing progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, and supervisory case reviews.
- Maintain accurate documentation of weekly supervision and team meetings.
- Be available to staff for consultation on challenging client issues and clinical emergencies.
- Direct Services:
- Conduct evaluations & diagnostic assessments for incoming clients.
- Maintain a small clinical caseload of children to remain current in practice & technique.
- Participate in on-call rotation as a supervisor.
Experience
- Master’s Degree in social work or counseling required.
- Candidate must be an LCSW
- Experience providing clinical services to Children and families.
- Bilingual English Spanish is highly desired.
