Scheduling Representative - Contact & Call Center

The Scheduling Representative is the primary contact for scheduling outpatient services provided across assigned practice/specialist line within a CALL CENTER environment. Responsibilities consist of answering calls from an incoming call queue in order to address all scheduling needs; collect all insurance and referral information and follow standard work processes. The Scheduling representatives customer base consist of patients, physicians and their office staff as well as departmental staff.
