Scheduling Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently using dental scheduling systems such as Dolphin Management
- Coordinate patient services by communicating effectively with dental staff and patients
- Manage the scheduling of dental procedures and tests in accordance with dentist's orders
- Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service in a dental office setting
- Utilize knowledge of dental terminology to accurately schedule appointments and procedures
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth patient flow

Requirements:
- Previous experience in medical or dental scheduling or related field is preferred
- Experience working in a medical or dental office or healthcare setting is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with patients and dental staff
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.99 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
