The Scheduler assists practice managers in daily operations of central scheduling unit. Ensures information is obtained regarding the scheduling of physicians on call.
Job Details:PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops/manages templates.
- Coordinates doctors schedules.
- Manages vacation schedule for doctors.
- Processes recall letters.
- Communicates with other clinical and ancillary departments to promote patient safety and patient satisfaction.
- Assists with additional duties as needed.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of physician office scheduling experience.
